I play rapid a lot and I never ever draw.
However I drew the last three games lol.
So my question is, what's the longest draw streak you guys have ever had? I think mine's this one: 3. In rapid.
So besides stating your number of draws in a row, please specify the time control, thank you :)

I know quite a few people who regularly score something like +0 = 8 -1 in OTB tournaments. But I don´t remember ever drawing more than 3 games in a row myself (but probably I have)
Anish Giri famously drew 14 games in row in 2016 candidates tournament. To break this record, Carlsen and Caruana need to draw all the games in their match, including the armageddon.

I drew the same guy three times in blitz last week. It was strange because I rarely draw. We were apparently the exact same strength at that time lol.
Only good players draw often. It seems top two players always draw. Lower rated players usually make mistakes, making games decisive.
@hangard Blitz and Armageddon don't count. Carlson has just drawn 15 in a row.
Back to the original post, I don't remember my longest draw streak but it would be at least three. I'm sure it's not in ultraviolet where draws are rare. My longest streaks might have come in antichess but I don't have any facts. Would be nice if the profile tracked draws the way it tracks wins and losses.
