Keep disconnecting

I dont know whats happening, but I've lost atleast 5 games today thanks to disconnecting. my phone is sometimes fine, but I lost winning games due to this, especially in bullet, but in other games as well.

Is anyone else having these problems? Should I get a VPN to prevent ddosing? My internet surely isnt the problem since I tried loading other sites at the same time that lichess disconnected and it doesnt seem to be a problem. Cany anyone help me? Losing my rating points because of this is really deflating and discouraging from playing here.

Are you staying in the tab you're playing the game in for the whole game? Or are you using other tabs in the same browser, giving other apps focus etc? Using other sites is possibly the problem.

Staying in the same tab the whole time, I dont have any other tabs open when playing chess
