Why did this happen to me?

You should play when you want and have a great shape , for instance in the morning i feel real strong . Try to focuse on the other activities , learn something new ( opening, endgame) .

Hall of fame baseball players will slump 3 for 30 sometimes.

They keep working. And working. Ultra focused. Improving weaknesses.

Then they go 17 for 30 and win the World Series.

MyPoint:: find the #1 issue.
Train it 30 + hours nxt month.
And don't freak out when you drop points bc then you will drop more.
That isn't much. That drop is reasonable, called variance.

Ok, You want to play chess. I really like your attitude.

Then just look at your last game - take your time - and think about, if this is, what YOU want to call "playing chess"?
(hint: moving the same pieces several times in the opening, even onto the backrank / blundering pawns / blindly exchanging pieses)...
