I teach kids who are new to chess or just learning. The Lichess 'Learn Basics' is a great tool and I always give them a 'teacher account' and tell them to do the Chess Basics tutorials.
What if there were a LichessKids.org site that was designed for kids? So they could easily find/play classmates, and join tournaments (kids like that). I know all of that can be done now....but Lichess.org has 'too much' for a child who is just starting (IMHO).
If the Lichess folks would consider this... and suggesst how much money was needed to implement... I would donate.
Thanks
